There are currently two available options below for making your deposit: Venmo and Zelle. 

Venmo– If using this method, make sure to use the below “@” address to insure it gets linked to my account. DO NOT use phone number or email address for account lookup or the payment will not get sent to the correct account.

Zelle-If using Zelle, make sure to either take a picture of the QR code with your phone and follow the on-screen instructions for payment OR use the “Tag” on the image below to locate my account. DO NOT use a phone number or email address for account lookup or the payment will not get sent to the correct account. 

**Make sure to reference your Name and Type of Test in the payment info/comments**
